Panelists
Bill McCann is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion recruiter with 20+ years' success in agency and corporate environments across a wide variety of industries. His company experience includes startups, medium size, and well-known organizations such as eBay and Ernst & Young. He has conducted numerous job search workshops and worked with hundreds of candidates at all levels to successfully navigate their job search. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Counseling/College Student Personnel from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Ed Samuel is a Career, Life & Executive Coach, Public Speaker, Author, and certified Career Assessment & DiSC Team Leader. He founded SamNova, Inc., facilitates a non-profit stewardship ministry, and is a career/small business coach for Penn State Univ. Ed leads Career Professionals Exec Networking Forum (Wilmington, DE), a Believers in Business small business forum, hosts Optimize Your Career program on Philly radio, and co-hosts a weekly faith and career forum on Clubhouse. Ed worked for multi-billion-dollar global firms and leading edge technology start-ups, launched multiple small businesses, led corporate recruiting at billion-dollar firms, and was an independent 3rd party recruiter.
Lynne Williams, Ed.D. Candidate, is the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Area Great Careers Groups, which provides online career development and networking for career transition and career management individuals. Lynne writes resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and LinkedIn company pages, and focuses on keywords. In 2016, she wrote a chapter titled “Applying for Positions,” which focused on the ATS, in the book Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide to Landing a Job You'll Love. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation on the topic of LinkedIn.
