This session shares perspective from Coursera and LinkedIn representatives as well as information gleaned from interviews with Udemy and other organizations to help upskill career professionals and inform the advice provided to students and clients.

Kim Davidson, Principal, Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn, holds a BA from Denison University and has worked at LinkedIn / Lynda Learning since 2014 after having worked for SkillSoft for seven years as a Learning Consultant. Richelle Weiger, Instructional Designer at Penn State University, holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Elizabethtown College and a Master of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology from Penn State. She’s been with Penn State for 11 years and has nearly four years in prior roles in training, instructional design, and learning technology. She is currently working on designing courses that Penn State will be offering to individuals and employers for micro-credentials.
