DVAPT features PACDA's Tanya Sheldon: The Highly Sensitive Person & the Myers Briggs

  • Thursday, October 03, 2019
  • 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Radnor Financial Center, 150 Radnor Chester Rd, Ste F200, Radnor, PA

Delaware Valley Association of Psychological Type cordially invites PACDA Charter Members to join for a special presentation featuring PACDA's very own Tanya Sheldon:

Are you, or someone you know, a person who is especially aware of subtleties in your surroundings, or who is more easily overwhelmed when in a highly stimulating environment?

Often misunderstood, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) make up 15- 20% of the population, and learning more about them may lead to better self care and/or enhanced awareness and compassion for this less-commonly known group. Join us for an interactive workshop to learn about the unique traits, strengths & challenges of Highly Sensitive Persons, and discuss traits that overlap with the MBTI types and preferences.

Tanya Sheldon, MS, CPRW has recently begun offering career guidance and resume writing services through her private practice Compassionate Career Counseling. She possesses over 10 years of experience advising and coaching students in higher education and is especially proud of completing the MBTI certification program in December 2017, studying Spanish in Spain and Costa Rica, and planning and hosting her first job fairs in 2019. Tanya is a PACDA Leadership Team and Charter Member.
