Description:
Does the post COVID-19 world leave you feeling left behind? Do you need to learn how to design and facilitate courses for virtual delivery or up your game to the next level? Then we got just what you need. In this bootcamp participants learn practical tips and techniques to facilitate engaging virtual training and meetings. Designed to give participants an experiential overview of the best practices used in engaging, interactive virtual learning and meetings, it includes a series of three, interactive 90-minute virtual classes. Participants will experience a variety of facilitation techniques and approaches, and complete online assignments that reinforce what they are learning between sessions. A Master Trainer and Producer will conduct a 30-minute, hands-on 1-on-1 coaching session for each participant on the virtual platform of their choice.
The Virtual Training Fundamentals Bootcamp is ideal for trainers and organizations that need to adopt existing classroom training for effective virtual facilitation. All three classes are delivered in the same week and the program includes approximately two hours of online assignments during the duration of the course. Access to the Internet and email are required.
