From the early days of widespread hiring freezes and Zoom interviews to “the Great Resignation” and a newly-energized U.S. labor rights movement, career professionals across industries and training specialties have arrived at a critical moment for innovation in employment practices, protections, and possibilities.
More than ever, job-seekers are now support-seekers – people are looking to career development, recruitment, and talent acquisition professionals for a sense of direction in what continues to feel like a job landscape turned upside down, even as U.S. job growth and hiring rates begin to show signs of recovery.
