Deepening Our Approach to Career and Professional Development
November 10, 2022
12 - 2 PM
Given the complexity we are faced with today, it is important to help people evolve with even greater agility. During this session, Beth Linderbaum, Ph.D., PCC, will talk about how we can go deeper as we support development in others. We will explore the differences between horizontal and vertical development, learn about adult development theory and discuss coaching approaches that you can apply (inspired by a Gestalt approach to coaching).
