Data Your Organization Can Trust

As learning professionals, we know we should evaluate our learning, yet too often we feel stuck doing the same old thing with mixed results. We either don’t have permission to do what we want, or we don’t have the time or resources, or we feel our learning team lacks the expertise to do more sophisticated evaluations.
In this session, renowned research-to-practice advocate Will Thalheimer will share two recent learning-evaluation innovations that will give you hope that learning evaluation is doable and can provide your organization with meaningful data. He’ll talk with us about Performance-Focused Learner Surveys, which will help you gather more meaningful data from your learners. He’ll share LTEM (the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model) the new standard in the L&D field. Whether you’re a trainer, instructional designer, learning evaluator, or manager of learning; this engaging session will provide you with practical insights you’ll be able to use right away.
