Impact of AI on Career Coaches

and Job Search

...one year later

Thursday 11/21, noon-2 PM Eastern

This webinar, scheduled for one year after ten PACDA Comes to You (PCTY) live events in the fall of 2023, will bring together a panel to explore the evolving impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on our profession.

This follow-up session aims to assess how AI has influenced career planning, development, and management over the past year, building on insights gained during last year’s discussions and our practical applications since.

Panelists will revisit key themes such as:

  • AI's role in enhancing efficiency, creativity, and decision-making in job search and career counseling
  • The ethical implications of how AI tools have been integrated into career services
  • Trends in AI tools and recommended resources

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the continued potential for AI to reshape job search and job market trends. This webinar will serve as a platform for exchanging ideas and best practices among career practitioners navigating the AI-driven future.
